OVERVIEW The First United Methodist Church of North Hollywood is conveniently located in the San Fernando Valley near the intersection of the Hollywood and Ventura Freeways and is available for location filming or crew and equipment parking. It is a predominately brick structure, built in 1949, with classical archways offering a variety of areas/rooms that can be used for many types of scenes. The facility is fenced and has easy access from both Tujunga Avenue and Bakman Avenue. The property is centrally located and ideal for crew parking, using a shuttle service to/from nearby location sites. There is also ample room for catering truck and tables to accommodate meals. FILMING HAS INCLUDED: indoor/outside weddings, funerals, chase scenes, dances and parties, press conferences, living room/den/recreation room scenes, rummage/garage sales, choir sequences, and children's classroom segments. |
